yeah you can make them spawnable with spawn tables but sadly i don't know how to do that

Is there any way to make them appear automatically in survival? or some way to get them other than by commands?

you should add another variant to this, maybe a offroad version where all the cars tires are tracked or go a little fasted, maybe have camo cars to blend in with the ground, idk, put some new stuff :3
