Two of the medicines are causing red errors in the xenotype editor, because the game auto-generates chemical genes and expects everything with addiction stats to have gene icons:

Is there a way to get rid of "secondary damage"? I get that there's sometimes leftover damage due to diseases, but I'd like to cure the -10% consciousness on my best people without needing luciferum or dev mode

To treat Epstein-barr virus type B, you need a very high level of treatment quality, I did a quick check with 10,000% medications, the progress of the disease went in the opposite direction and it eventually passed, the medicine was from the AOTC mod: True Pinnacle of Creation

@Nujanunki Sometimes, depending on the disease, its first stage is invisible in the health tab. It shows up once the condition reaches a certain severity.

I think the HediffDef VoightBernsteinDiseaseTumors contains an error. I understand that a tumor is supposed to be able to induce the original Voight-Bernstein disease (VBD) in the entire body again if that was cured before, but the HediffGivers induce it in individual bodyparts. This means there can be multiple instances of VBD on different body parts at the same time. All these can trigger tumors, which amounts to an insane number of tumors very quickly. I patched to remove the node canAffectAnyLivePart from all stages of VBDtumors, and I think that fixed the problem. Could you please remove the nodes in the source?

Had to remove Diseases+ from my mod list. Common Cold was stuck in an infinite tending loop.

I love the mod, maybe its some kind of faulty mod interaction or bad luck, but I have started 3 different naked brutality runs and all of them have ended within 20 days due to my colonist having a stroke, maybe a toggle could be added for specific conditions or the probabilities changed? Because I'm about to have a stroke trying to play the game with this mod.

Just had a few pawns catch the common cold. They've had it for eight days. There's no timer/countdown showing. is that normal? Not getting any error that I can see. Thx

Is it possible to somehow heal osteoporosis on sternum? I have replaced every other affected part with bionics, but the sternum seems to be different from the ribcage and remains unchanged after replacing it.

Update to my previous comment, i found out there's already a surgery in the mod. but for whatever reason i can't schedule it. Is there a certain type of mod i should look into that's causing a conflict perhaps?

How does one cure/treat Acute Appendicitis? Been looking all over and can't find any extra mod/solution to treat it or operate on it. Healer mech serum doesn't even seem to work either.

Well, I bet you can. Most of the files with variables can be edited with notepad++ or simple notepad. Just either make a local copy of the mod or keep an eye on the updates so that steam doesn't overwrite the files.

Well, regarding necrosis, I think it was already stated that the only cure for necrosis is amputation. But that is not my main problem anymore, since I got a pawn completely rendered with muscle parasite pathogens. Arms, legs, body and the head. Arms and legs... well, can be substituted with bionics, but head and torso kind of cant. So, here we go. I have a pawn that gets parasitic outbreaks every 10-15 days. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

Also I know this isn't the original dev so I don't know if this suggestion/feedback will reach the right person, but I would love to see some more diseases related to malnutrition. The new mechanics around blood loss are really cool and it would be nice if malnutrition was as in depth. Stuff like refeeding issues, or chronic health conditions (like kwashiorkor, where the persons extremities and face swell up). It does interesting stuff IRL so there's potential.

Hey, CrazyOwl, I don't know how to @ someone on here or anything but if you see this, have you tried giving your pawns blood transfusions? Sepsis is caused by blood loss, and necrosis is caused by sepsis, so that's why tend quality doesn't prevent necrosis.

how I love when a pawn gets an alzheimer disease at age 21. And its not vanilla thing, at least according to rimworld wiki (the minimum age is way higher in vanilla accoeding to it)

It honestly needs rebalance to many things. Like, tune down the chances of secondary damage if the treatment is above 70% or something. It is kind of dumb to have massive necrosis after treating the dissease with 130% efficiency.

This needs a rebalance with voight bernstein disease specifically, got a 8/15 colonist infection with communal diseases mod i used like 300 medicine in 2 quads, either make tumors more rare or make it easier to cure with maybe a 300-600 tend quality total to cure.

In an earlier version of Rimworld, DrugOverdose was switched from HediffCompProperties_Immunizable to HediffCompProperties_SeverityPerDay. Unfortunately, this mod hasn't been updated accordingly and still uses HediffCompProperties_Immunizable, which isn't beneficial. This causes compatibility issues, like the current conflict with the More Drug Stats mod, which tries to read HediffCompProperties_SeverityPerDay. It would be great if the author could fix this problem.

Hi, I have a question: The anesthetics of the mod. The reworked ones. Is there a way to wake up pawns right away after operating them? Like a drug that you administer that reverses the effects of anesthetics. (Just like in real life). Or do I just wait for the effects to weaken and eventually cease? Because I operated on a pawn, but the anesthetics condition has no hours left on how long it would last.

I really like this mod, but I feel like now I require a more simulated surgery/doctor mod to accompany this, maybe more treatments, to turn this game into a medical simulation of sorts.
Either way, good job on creating this, I love this.

Thats not a problem i talk about. I just cant heal it. As i try to hela pawn it says (does not need heal) and Flu itself doesnt have, like, circle, or percent like of needed heal (like worms do). So i just cant heal it, and its does not progress nad creates a bunch of other stuff

looking at the def for the hediff, it looks like thats the intended result, theres 4-5 entries that have a chance of giving the trauma savant hediff, as to the Why *shrugs* im afraid only the original author could answer

I see, thank you for maintaining it! It seems to have disappeared, probably not quite working as intended with getting 3/4 trauma savants but perhaps I'll just roll a dice and dev mode out two of them

im not the original author of the mod, and as such im not Really sure of the How/What/Why of the mods workings, from what i can tell it Should disappear on its own, might take awhile though, dropping by 0.01 severity per day

Is there anything I can do about brain restructuring? It has no description and I can't find it on the Github. My colonist is just getting every kind of trauma savant from it but is staying unconscious.
