You can just move the [USJet_C_F.pbo] out of this Addon then the Engine Sound would be gone
,but the other jets F-22 and F-35 etc would be also gone

planes are nowhere near as loud as this mod makes it, this video should provide a good reference for tweaking. This loudness is absolutely NOT realistic at all, anyone who's ever seen planes fly over would know this.
