1) Yes you are right about the unpredictability, all the enemies and their position are totally randomized on each playthrough, its a big motivation for me that I myself can get a lot of fun playing these missions without knowing where the enemies are.
2) The rest of the MET team are in the hummer that you drive in the intro, they get out when you do and just waits by the vehicle until the sniper is killed, then they join you. Please confirm this if you are doing another playthrough.
3) Good info about the sniper kill, I will make sure you will have to kill him on the remastered version.[\spoiler]
Some feedback
Was a bit weird that my teammates spawned was inside a civilian vehicle. But I'm sure there's a reason. I also never seem to have to kill the sniper, someone always gets the job done before me.
@2004 Chevy, I never had a problem with that, been running it for years
