am I the only one who is addicted to hovering the mouse on the ring to see the letters and say my precious again and again.

I just published my first public wallpaper and one of the policy restrictions said CGI is prohibited/Ban-able. How did you get this approved, because it clearly looks like CGI? Is there some sort of loophole or special waver in the Policy restrictions that I don't know about? Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining I'm just confused.
