It's mean't to be a walkthrough aviary based on the one at Moscow Zoo, you can find the blueprint for the Discovery centre here --> https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2146335944 If that's what you're looking for :)

Sadly i was misinformed and it turns out its just a small tunnel, sadly i thought it was a blueprint for the whole building

This is made entirely of base game items, it doesn't require any DLC
