I implemented another update in which I improved arms movement.

@TeK-9 I don't know why, to be honest. The wallpaper is not really heavy so that's weird. I made new update in which you can turn off God Rays effect. This should give you more FPS but not too much. Try to re-subscribe wallpaper (when your WE is closed).

Why this wallpaper like 2-5 fps for me? other wallpapers works fine.
