• You are running an old mod that uses an outdated patching method. This can cause other mods to fail which makes it seem like it's that other mod's fault when it isn't. Use Skyve to check for mod status and compatibility.
• You have encountered the Steam Workshop bug where Steam deletes mod files even though you're still subbed. You can try unsub/resub or manually check the mod folders (../steam/steamapps/workshop/GAMEID/MODID)
You also have not provided any information for why it isn't loading. Have you checked the game log? Have you checked mod logs? Have you turned on detailed logging for mods and then checked logs? So, even in the exceedingly rare case that you have actually encountered a previously unknown bug in IMT's code, no one can do anything about it.
Help me help you.

( with PROP CONTROL and lot of other common mod )
I've been using this mod for years, and have never had the slightest problem. It has transformed my road networks into wonderful intersections, in conjunction with TPME.
If you're having problems, they're coming from somewhere else. City Skyline itself is a game full of problems. To launch it, I have to delete files that I put back once I've launched it ahah
Anyway, thanks a lot.
