In climate cycle ++ there is also a trend for hotter/colder climate.
And in the colder winter iirc, it's fall and winter only which are modified, but still with a trend (cycle multiplier.
I've added two pictures to illustrate the differences, you can see the elliptical orbit has a stable climateover the years (the difference between the two pictures is the start of the climate cycle), climate cycle period 4, cycle multiplier 5.
Same for climate cycles ++.
This mod synchs climate changes on the planet orbit. So summers will be hotter and winters longer and colder on a yearly basis.
