You'll get less patients with Plastic surgery as the patient weighting is less (you can adjust that here if you want to: steamapps\workshop\content\868360\2137302545\Database\ModDepartment and modify ModDepartments.xml and change <PatientGenerationWeight> to say 40 or 50) but you should get some at least.
Otherwise if you keep having issues please post your log file (pastebin or on the PH discord will be fine as it wont fit here). You can find it here:
Log Location:
Win: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Oxymoron Games\Project Hospital\output_log.txt
If you have problem accessing the hidden AppData folder, try entering %AppData% in windows explorer
Linux: /home/USERNAME/.config/unity3d/Oxymoron Games/Project Hospital/Player.log
Mac: ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log
This youtube video should help you get the basics down, it is from an much older version so a few of the problems 75PercentRad had in this video were fixed awhile ago but it should help.

Let me know if you run into any issues.
A bug has been reported with Debris Removal concerning a diagnosis added in the latest update. It'll mainly be a minor inconvenience and will not break your game (emergency doctors have to treat it, not plastic by accident!). None the less it has been patched in the latest build. I will try to get this out soon with a few new diagnosis of course!
I have finally become rather motivated to mod Project Hospital again and with that I was able to add a total of 10 new diagnosis today (2 Cosmetic, 1 Reconstructive, 2 Trauma and 5 Simple). Finally, no longer will you ONLY see amputated fingers for Plastic Surgery Tramua as I have added another 2 Trauma Diagnosis.
There is plenty more content to come, thank you everyone who has supported this mod for so long! Especially since it has not really seen any new content since it was originally released (modding lulls are definitely rough haha)!
I have tested it thoroughly but bugs or issues may always slip through so if you find anything, please let me know so I can patch it up for you.
Further CRP content was removed from this mod, it is already in CRP so it just adds to load times if it remains, make sure you have CRP if you are using this mod.
New content inbound, my 'holiday' has taught me a bit, I hope to add an addition 34 diagnosis soon so I can polish the department off. For now, this mod is my main focus so I can add enough to make it feel complete and focus on new mods (for Project Hospital too!).
REPORTING ISSUES:
Please report these ASAP and if you can, include your log file!
If the save has the issue present, that will really help, but I can work with what you can give either way.
Are you using any other mods? Specifically Bedside Examinations or Realistic Collapse and Disease Incidence?
Ive found that the compression garment for lipo isnt working. noone will apply it and patient isnt discharged until i take it off the action list.
спасибо )
If you want to just adjust the payouts for diagnosis specific to this mod, you can find all the data here:
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\868360\2137302545\Database
Just edit ModDiagnosesPLAS.xml and adjust <InsurancePayment></InsurancePayment> as you see fit. Likewise, you could just adjust the insurance company payment to make everything better or worse.
How do I change the cost of treatment?

I'd recommend you verify the integrity of your game cache via steam (remember, any local changes you made to game code will revert so be sure to back those up) and maybe unsubscribe from ENT & Plastic and try resubscribing to refresh the files.
