Just wanted to shout out a huge thanks to the author of this mod. I've got a hardcopy of this game, which I adore, but want to play it with a friend who lives in another country and this is the perfect solution.
I wish GMT put out a real digital version of it - would happily pay for it - but am really glad we have this for now.

The Ministry cards are in the hidden color boxes in the bottom-left and bottom-right corners. You need to be seated as the corresponding color to see inside them, as they are hidden information during play.

I, too, can not find the Ministry cards, unless we are to use the cards from our physical copy of the game.

Thank you for your reply Sir. It actually happens every single time to me, it's not rare; but it's also not a big deal too: the button-activated scripts are fixing everything, so I will just use those rather than picking tokens manually.

If rare case a tile gets stuck; try unlocking the container (using L) and you can grab the "stuck" tile. Use the button based functionality or deal to hand as an alternative method. I have tried different techniques, lift heights, etc and it sometimes seems to happen, for me, when it's a snatch at the container rather than a deliberate action. Is it the location of the container, or the angle of the grabbing motion? When I want it to happen I cannot replicate it.

Shuffling 3 times is overkill. I have plenty of opponents who swear that computer random is not random, especially for dice rolls.

I think that with new TTS update there's an issue with the global demand token container.
If you try to pull the tokens out manually, after a couple ones pulled, one gets somehow "stuck". Please see the picture:

Also (unrelated), please notice that there's no need to call self.shuffle() three times, a single call gives totally random results.

The (second printing) rules are available in the module and are available from the publishers website.
BGG says 2-4 hours to play. Which is reasonable once you know the game. The game has a number of different concepts, from other games, so the first few plays will take longer.

Thanks a lot for the mod. I'm a fan of this game in China, and may I be allowed to translate this mod into Chinese in order to play it with my friends(who don't understand English)? I think that will help this game spread in China, and hope that you can permit it.

I haven't had the pleasure of playing yet, but this mod is absolutely magnificent and thank you for making it.

I've discovered one very tiny flaw, which is that the highlight zone over Panzacola in the Caribbean starts unlocked. A very trivial fix on the player end but hey, it's there.

@afinati. I have seen your image on Discord. The (2nd printing) War Display images were scanned by me rather than original source images. They do have a different coloring. I will look at improving the color palette for the War Displays.

I don't have an easy way to embed the image to show you the difference, but I've got a comparison image between a save I had before the latest update and the current condition ... and it's definitely different.

You can draw War Tiles (or cards) into your hand several ways. Mouseover the container/deck and use the context menu (that is the right hand mouse button menu) and click "Draw". The server permissions must have "Context Menu" enabled. Note the "1" key is the numeric key and not the "1/End" key on the numeric keypad. I just tried it (on two computers) and can confirm that drawing components into hands does not work with the numeric keypad.

To view the War Tiles in a theatre container. Use the "Search" menu item. This does require context menus to be enabled on the server. Some people just place the War Tiles on the mat and peek at them. Only revealing the tiles (by flipping them) when the theatre is resolved in the war. Use whatever works best for you.

This is a fine piece of work! Me and my pal prefer playing the real thing, but this is almost as good! Thx a lot to 'nutter!

Now, one question (TTS-related, I suppose): Shift+Alt lets you sneak a peek at a face down object - your Ministry card, for example. Would it be possible to apply this to your pile of war chits in a war room? I feel that dragging them into separate piles and then peeking at them is one step too many.

Also, you earlier mentioned that

I can't get the key 1 to work when picking anything...what am I missing?

Good idea. In the short term; the host can add dice to a module if that helps to track control etc.

Would it be possible to add red/blue dice or counters so we can track who is winning each region? I know vassal does this automatically, but I dont think scripting is necessary, just an in game counter mechanism.

The lighting settings have not been changed. The server host can control their own TTS Lighting settings under Options | Lighting. In what way is it bad for your setup?

The rules & playbook PDFs have been updated to the 2nd printing versions. Thanks to Mark S of GMT for providing the files. Typo on WAS War display has been fixed.

I find it easiest to use the (one) 1 key to draw a single tile or card from a container/deck into my hand. OR you can drag the tile out of the container and peek at it. Use what method works best for you. Some people have trouble reliably dragging a tile from a container. There are many methods that work; use the one that suits you.

How do you recommend dealing with the Basic/Bonus War tiles? When you want to look at one, you draw it out of its container then use the peek?

If it helps, when I try to right click the 3 other war help sheets, it doesn't actually select them (but it does when I right click the War of Spanish Succession one.

One small thing I found inconvenient is that I can't alt-zoom on any of the last 3 war help sheets (only the first one for Spanish Succession). Any reason for this?

The Ministry cards are located in the Red & Blue hidden areas in the near corners of the map. Only the Red & Blue (& dark grey game master) players can see them.

Use the Setup button by the Sequence of Play card to randomly deal the starting War Tiles. It also sets the Tracks to their starting values. To remove a Basic War Tile from the game; place it in the rubbish bins/trash cans.

1) How do you get the basic war tiles to auto fill for the first war? There is not button for it.

2) The game rules allow for military upgrade to permanently remove a basic wartile from the collection. Is it possible this can be accounted for?

@Habbaku. You are correct. Both of the Bonus War Tiles containers are not being auto-shuffled. I will fix that in the next release. Manually shuffle the containers in the meantime.

Great module! Thanks for the effort.

Not sure if this is the right place to report or not, but I found a "bug" of sorts: the 7YW bonus war tiles aren't randomized like all the others. They consistently pull in the same order each time.

@CaveHinds Is this your first download of the module? I turn off TTS mod caching and a bunch of image/PDF files are missing from the Cloud. I am investigating. Worse case I will have to re-upload the files to the Cloud, which will take some time.
