The Tardis would sometimes either not appear or it would disappear standing at a certain angle from it. Ive only seen it so far at the beginning

HADS is triggered when the TARDIS is "attacked" from the outside.

Nah, i wanted it in the open so players would just bump into it when going around a corner
And idk how they would trigger H,A,D,S since you cant go inside it

Wouldn't it make more sense to have this as a rare sighting you would really have to look for to find? Maybe on really open maps where you have it in the distance somewhere and only have it pop up later if you triggered HADS in the previous encounter?

Is it ever going to have ambient noises? It could even just be muffled dialogue, would be fun to stop and listen to

potentially make an interior below the map then make it so it teleports you in there when you grab the door, but make it an easter egg on a specific map
