Y'know? the only thing I have to say about making this stand out, is make it a megastructure that acts like a less mobile colossus.

thers a teck called "thats no moon" that you need to reserach which lets you build it as its classed like a juggernault you cant built it from the ship designer only the star base directly

Oh yes they do! They have an Attack Moon, a Behemoth Planet Craft, and a Weaponized Solar System Craft!

What about giga structures? pretty sure none of them move
