last time i checked, which was years ago, mind you, BMCE did not effect the HEV surveyors. so as long as that's still the case, probably, yes.

you might need to manually extract it to your custom folder, I haven't used this in a while. Also make sure you have the required file

I remember trying to do this at one point during this mod's development, but I faintly remember something about their textures making that very difficult. Once I'm on break i'll give it another go
