Thanks! Though I should mention I am a modder myself, and was wondering if I could be a part of the team to help. I prefer Rusted Pack File Manager, and with it I could help make changes to existing ancillaries, and the trade and tax mechanics to better align with what the team has done with Salt and Iron so far, and help to research all the historical sources and references for trade and how it was conducted.
You may be better able to translate my proposal? but I will certainly still do my best with google translate.
I'm not sure what their plans are at the moment or if they have a road map.
Also, Have you considered adding unique/special types of buildings and building chains that have specific construction requirements based on faction and/or specific officer recruitment, as well as city location?
Excellent and amazingly realistic overhaul, and I cannot wait for more features to be added!
I'd like to see a lot more traits, skills/abilities in battle and campaign, and ancillaries (written works, weapons, and even signature clothing/apparel) to match historical and romantic sources. The vast majority of success of any faction's lord, whether it was battle, government, or diplomacy relied heavily on the administration/strategy/solutions provided by the officers that served under their lord. There are specific historic references detailing events that could and should be converted into in-game traits/skills/abilities/ancillaries. I'd be happy to help compile a list of these references.
The game also needs a real dynamic impact in tax revenue - you should gain significant income increase when you own valuable trade resources. Historically, income could be received from both taxing the sale of these resources, and/or selling your own stock.
Please let me know if you spot any mistakes or if something is not working well.
Is this a stand alone mod? If I subscribe to this and Part 2 then I don't need to subscribe to the original mod right?
