Ive been trying to find something that has a similar effect to the stimpacks included in this as a suppliment for our medical teams in the NCR. I am assuming this currently doesnt function however?

Hello. Would it be possible to add the bikey? Since it's missing I can't get my server to not give a signature mismatch to people trying to join.

Pretty damn good! One bug I've found:

Duct Tape effect is incorrectly applied to Healing Powder item. (If you have healing powder you get both 'wrap tape' and 'apply powder' actions. If you have tape, you get nothing)

I realize that a video tutorial would be better i have a horrible voice that i'm self concious about if anyone wants to get together i can sit down and explain everything and give setting values if you wanna make a video and then post that video here.
