Well, what I am legit looking for is this. All the TSL but the civs themselves being random. Example: Japan in England, Scotts in N. America, and or Germany in Japan.
There are 25 civs that have TSL (most reasonably accurate) for the Europe map if anyone wants to manually select them.

What happened to this mod
I'm also working on fixing the lack of river flooding & ley lines that some of my maps have, but doing so is taking longer than expected. It pretty much involves remaking some maps from scratch, which can sometimes result in Civ burnout on my end.
After all the Frontier DLCs are released and the game's updates slow down, then I guarantee that my job will be much easier. So, short term goal: Add Babylon's start positions. Long term goals: Iron out the bugs, then make more maps!
