@Greyflame Thanks for making these in packs. I appreciate not having to subscribe many items.

@pdelmo i use your fall trees but not only ;) there is not enough fall trees with low tris to have variety to cover larger areas or just to spam them in bigger amounts
pdelmo May 21, 2020 @ 1:08am
@Garfield. Both fall trees (Fall Tree 966tri) (Liquid Amber 774tri) I put on the workshop are lower tri then the vanilla trees. I would agree there is a lack of variety for fall Trees tho.
Sorry @Greyflame for spamming your comments :)

@silchuki 2250 for a tree is not high tri. Maybe for a small bush but definitely not for a big tree. And Being it is only 256x512 texture, I consider these to be very light weight on a modern PC. @Greyflame don't look to close or you will see all of the mistakes I've made lol.

@Greyflame that would be awesome ! i am just removing some trees from district i finished and wont be going back to the area i plopped so many trees big part of them is 2500 tris or more :D
Greyflame  [author] May 20, 2020 @ 11:44pm
@garfield007 That has actually crossed my mind. If I get a good low poly leafy set going it would be pretty easy to recolor to autumn tones.
garfield007 May 20, 2020 @ 11:38pm
do u have some plans for low tri autumn trees ? i am plopping way to many autumn trees and most of them r pretty heavy :-S

@pdelmo - Thank you!! That's very flattering. I've been learning a lot of modeling tricks looking at your trees over the past couple weeks!

@silchuki14 - I understand the concern. I just about fried my GPU putting together the screenshots for these, lol. These aren't going to get a low tri version in the same way that the pines did. Doing so was originally my plan, but by the time I overhauled everything enough to make lower tri counts possible, it was basically an entirely new project. So I DO have some hardwood trees coming that should be much lower tri, but they'll look kinda different.

The high tri scares me. Any plans on optimizing them? Loving you low tri options btw :)

very beautiful. I love the style of the modeling. something I should do more off
