I download this video from the link that the animation maker gives(you can find that link in his youtube video description).
So, I used 2x zoom to compare two versions. The version you give has more noise than my one, but I think it's hard to realize when you set it as wallpaper XD.

As I understand it's the same animation as here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1311578284
But for some reason few times bigger. Is this one of higher quality?
