@ magelakik: To create new factions you need the Assembly Kit, though I don't know the process, this mod just unlocks the current factions.

@ MarineCARMINE: The mod works fine, if you have problems I recommend performing a clean mod install by following the steps linked in the FAQ (point 10).

It could be compatible with the previous version saved games, but if it is not your case sorry. In any case it will require to start a new campaign to apply all the new features correctly, like the walled cities, buildings chains, etc. The translation files needs a bit of work and most likely will be ready for the next week.
