I've observed that a lot of people in multiplayer get stuck in analysis paralysis when they need to make a religion under a turn timer. Fewer beliefs means less chance of that happening.

I love that you moved warrior monks to enhancer belief
Now there is a chance to get them before AI
But why removing so man beliefs? Overpowered?

Huh, I guess I forgot to update the screenshot. Will do that later. The current wording in the mod file is "WONDERS: +15% Production - Ancient & Classical"

The wording in the pantheon screenshot is exactly the same as the wording used in the EPSTweak For Policies version of Skyscrapers. One affects all wonders, the other does not, yet they have the same text.

Monument to the Gods only affects anciect and classical wonders in the unmodded game, and my mod doesn't change that?

Oh, and I might make a derivative of this one that doesn't alter/remove anything, just makes the text more concise. Part of why I want to know.

Does "Monument to the Gods" in GS actually affect all world wonders, or just ancient and classical (as the in-game vanilla text says)? If it's just the two eras, you might want to update the list of modded pantheons, or update the text in the mod.

Here's most curious bit: if I use EpsMod full package, failure does not happen. It only happens when running EpsTweaks separately.

For point of reference, mods I have are:

From list there is nothing which should modify leaders/civs or religions as far as I can see. I do not have windows box to verify if this setup works on Windows. I also have noticed that after *first* start of the game after subscribing to Beliefs it works ok, but subsequent launches both loading a game and starting new one results in "one of your mods failed blah blah" as well as semi crash (semi as in, it doesn't technically crash but main menu buttons don't really do anything anymore, despite menu not being frozen).

So I have grepped for LeaderAnimations and other ERROR'ed tables through my mods, as I don't have any obvious mods which modify leaders. I found no interactions with either of those tables. I also have started the game while having all mods disabled. That errors persist. It probably indicates faulty linux port by aspyr. Sad.

Seems like there's still errors from some leader/civ mod? That might be related.

Nope, I checked if anything does anything to BELIEF_RELIQUARIES and there seems to be nothing in my steam mods folder which does. Also I don't really use any religious mods, I think. Any suggestion on debugging what causes this?

Sounds like you're using a another mod that adds something to the Reliquaries belief.

Yes. Because the most recent update to Civ 6 added new belifefs and changed a few existing ones around.

what about pantheons? Largest map can fit up to 20 civs, are there enough for all of them?

I checked to make sure what the max number of religions the game can even have. And the answer is 7 - past that point adding more players doesn't add more religions. So I reduced the Belief count in each category to exactly 7.

does it also reduce the max number of religions in a game to ensure that there are still enough beliefs for all religions?
