It is likely that you are running in with a mod conflict at some point. I personally run into these sort of things as a result of running ALiVE in an extensive mod list. My best solution is to suggest that you unsubscribe from the items and then resubscribe, that usually fixes it. Otherwise, in your arma browser, you can select certain items and repair them.

I gave this multiple tries. ALL the listed requirements are accounted for. However, all i get is a fully military uniformed faction, and no error messages. I am aware the problem may be on my end. Any suggestions?
