some one explain to me clearly how to join it?

I use your mod a lot and it helped me get better at shooting in CQC, flicking and leading targets.

When you will get the time for it, it will be highly appreciated if you could include a function (or a new shooting range) where the AI soldiers run at full stamina (and/or where stamina depletes normally).

@KonfiNaWozku Read the first sentence in the description. This will and always have been a singleplayer mod so as I said before it will not work dedicated servers (a.k.a servers from custom or regular browser) you just go to one of the in game traning maps then type adminChangeLayer AimTrainingMod

@A_M_A_L_I if you mean the bots inside the killhouse They meant to be static but if you mean the bots in the target range they are moving if you are NOT in server from browser (in singleplayer they move)

layer doesn't work, when I type it on public server it says ERROR

Hi, I have been testing this out for 1 year. Is it possible to modify the bot to have full health like real player that require several 5.56 shots to the body to drop them? I think the currently one shot one kill target is not very practical.

@cowboy seems like it. You are going to need to rearm from ammo boxes from ground or the inventory. Looks like there are too many weapons to rearm for the debug command. Sorry for the inconvenience

Is it possible to increase the speed of the bots on the range? would be nice if we could get walking, jogging (out of stamina), and then full sprint (full stamina). Great mod otherwise!

annoying how cqb bots sometimes shoot at walls and floor before you ever peek doorway or exit staircase, not even shooting pennable walls
other times bots will be oblivious to shoot through windows
and a couple of cqb bots spawn inside walls and die instantly

@[RIP] Icecold The AI logic and optimization related setup runs/checks for the single player. Top of all that at the start of this project I really did not think this type of aim training mod would be wanted for multiplayer so I did not try to make it multiplayer ready from the start and focused on singleplayer aspect of it when developing it.

Once you make progress on singleplayer project (in my case mostly finisihed project) it is really hard to convert it to multiplayer, many would rather make a new mod/project that includes multiplayer logic

this is a great mod i love it! i have some ideas that i think would add to the moving range. just a little to the right of the soldiers moving to have the same thing but instead of walk speed they are running. i also think it would help if you put random tree and bush along the path of the movers. in the game we very rarely get a perfect shot at a solder moving the same speed in the same direction.

please don't take these comments as slander. i have spent many hours training on your mod. thank you for your energy you have used making this mod and keeping this mod working. thank you so very much!

The best training mod for squad!

Any chance to have a set of targets that go down with more than 1 shot so we could practice follow-up shots? In majority of situations one-shotting is not enough in real encounters.

@=E.M.A.N=1hp.SloWlyZzz Sometimes especially the first loading sequence after the new patches can be a problem. The best thing to do is to check if the mod is downloaded by Steam when you are on the loading screen. If you are downloading the mod (for any mod )wait for the download to finish then close the game from Steam or task manager. Other than that general solution steps also should fix the problem. Currently Mod is playable with V5.0 with new factions, sorry for the inconvenience

@TacticalBanana I was not able to recreate the crash from the steps you mentioned below. So possible solution could be clearing the cache. Other than that general solution steps could be helpful as well (in the description). Until the next patch/hotfix players can experience weird bugs or crashes regarding mods more than usual

Got an issue with Squad crashing when I hit infantry. Using Russian AK74M + 1P78. I can load in, spawn, select a faction. I can select all the weapons on the faction as usual. I can fire multiple times without hitting anyone. But as soon as I place a shot that hits the moving infantryman Squad crashes and I get the Unreal engine bug report screen. I love the map as it definitely improves my aim, especially moving targets.

Can you also make the bot to have more health like real player? now they die after taking one round in the arm.

Hi, thanks for all the work! it's awesome. can we have a version which replace all the pop up target to AI? or at least let them dropped after shot? Because it's confusing during training when you shot a target, run into a room, and when you are back to the hall way you see the same target standing again. But anyway, good work!

@Tyguy9133 yes, you can join public matches. For squad you dont have to worry about that for other mods as well. Mods will not affect vanilla game

Ok, I got it to work. I had some other mods installed and after removing them I got the role selection. Seems that there's a problem with one of them. Thanks for the help.

@Daydreamer make sure that you cleared the cache after the download. Applying the general solution steps in order should resolve the problem

I have a similar problem: No factions loaded, no kits available, in the deployment screen or at an ammo box. with or without squad, with forceadminallroleavailability 1. I can only spawn as a US rifle man without scope.
I already downloaded the mod again, cleared the cache.
@Sniper Logbook: What do you mean by mouse wheel? I tried that in deployment screen, all that happened was that it scrolled through the equipment of the rifleman.

No bug. I just figured it out. I had to use the mouse wheel to change weapons/kits.
The training site is awesome. Just playing, practicing in the Aim Training sight is fun all by itself.
I get to find my game play weaknesses and improve them.
