If anyone is wondering why I said this, rate of fire = volleys/time. The higher the rate means more volleys per time.

Nice work btw, I love the replenishment during raiding!

You used "reduced fire rate" which means slower reload

The game calls it increased, so I kind of followed the same formula. But yes, they fire faster.

A small notice: So the firing rate for the Vandals in increased or decreased? Low firing rate means less missiles per minute, high rate means more missile per minute. If it is less, shouldn't the effect have a red icon?
