Hi, are you aware that monuments have become in demand in order to increase loyalty, look at the original monuments, they give loyalty and reach. Just add this entry to the file and your mod will give you loyalty too !!!

Unfortunately this has issues in its current state and breaks the game.

This is an English translation of Stason888045's comment that explains the problem.

ALARM! There is a problem.
After downloading your mod, the game ceases to initialize the types of buildings for me. That is, the download is endless. Waited 10 minutes - useless.
Since the problem is in the initialization of building types, I tried to remove the last of the mods. And as soon as I removed the monument from the subscriptions and downloaded the save again, the download completed successfully. I definitely checked everything, this is your building breaking the game.
See if you forgot to add anything to the ini. file.

ALARM! Проблема есть.
У меня после скачивания Вашего мода игра перестает инициализировать типы зданий. Т.е., загрузка происходит бесконечно. Ждал 10 минут - бесполезно.
Раз проблема в инициализации типов зданий, я попробовал удалить последние из модов. И стоило мне удалить памятник из подписок и снова загрузить сохранение - загрузка завершилась успешно. Я точно все перепроверил, это Ваше здание ломает игру.
Поглядите, не забыли ли вы ничего добавить в ini.-файл.

Присоединяюсь к комментатору ниже.
Очень хотелось бы памятников научным деятелям, мыслителям марксизма, революционерам и прочим выдающимся личностям в бытовой жизни. А то в модах щас только одни военные памятники.... Хочу памятник Марксу :3.

То, что нужно! Если не в тягость, то добавь ещё памятников разных, классический с Лениным и вытянутой рукой, памятники разным поэтам русским и советским, военачальникам.... Спасибо за мод!
