Also, stellaris AI on combat computers are highly untrustworthy. Sometimes they'll do their designated job, majority of times, not. The M, S, and PD slot are just for self defense against swarm anyway so I'll be keeping the 80 range combat computers.
The fear factor of this ship is low compared to any other of my stand alone ships but that is enough to make your neighbors wary and prevent the AI for doing a reckless wars against you.
This is similar to my Infinity dreadnought but this one is much easier to build early games.
