For Stellaris 3.8.*

Adds a fully working Animated Death Star (Read everything and Notes before subscribing)

@Everyone: Previously I posted an info about a stellaris animation loop issue here. Today, I finally found the culprit, Stellaris Fleet Stance, This is why Vanilla Colossus are always set to `passive fleetstance` because the Aggressive and Evasive fleet stance is hardcodedly attach to always play animation similar on using a jumpdrive playing the "open/working_loop" animation. This Death Star is no exemption to it, some of you will notice that the DS will randomly look below without firing/cracking anything, this happens when you set the fleet stance to aggressive.
My current advise for all USER of this mod and to prevent this vanilla issue is:

SET FLEET STANCE TO PASSIVE . not evasive, not aggressive. (Clicking them will play the animation for you to see, aggressive is always use on or after battle and this is hardcoded.)


Features:
-Animated Death Star
-Fake 8 beam laser effect (just like the movies!)
-Custom Planet Cracking capabilities with animation. (Also fast charging and firing compared to normal collosus)
-Custom anti-ship main weapon
-Custom particles to slightly match the movies.
-Energy Self-Sufficient Battle Station (instead of having an upkeep of energy, the Death Star produces abour 2k+ energy every month similar to a dyson sphere)
-Once build, provides an empire modifier that increases Diplomatic weight from ships.

Battle Station Details:
-Uses 250 naval and fleet division capacity
-Tech requirements = "Tech Juggernaut" "Tech Collosus" and "Tech Planet Cracker"
-Hull = 7M
-Armor = 5.6M
-Shield = 4.2M
-Evasion = -90+
-Base speed = 5
-Estimated Cost of Alloys = 55k to 100k
-Default Upkeep = Alloys only with based 450
-Building days = 3500 ingame days

Notes:
-Death Star trench will use Empire Color
-This battle station is design for end games.
-Extremely SLOW, best to leave the DS on a chokepoint for defense.
-Animations are basic (Not the best but it's okay for my taste.)
-By default, the Death Star will rotate like a planet. (Custom animation)
-Death Star has no safety, meaning you can destroy any planet like primitives, AI Capital/Planets with Open Borders, etc.. So be warned.
-Extremely powerful BUT be careful, a swarm of fleet of about 600k-1M+ can kill your unprotected Death Star.

Known Issues:
-The Energy Self-Sufficient can be abused, by building more ships and exceeding your naval capacity, you'll get an increase ship upkeep modifier but the DS has already a negative energy upkeep (So it can produce energy for the empire) so combined it with the upkeep modifier, you get more energy from the DS per month.

FOR NON-FEDERATION DLC USERS:
-You can still use the mod but you have to manually edit the files and remove "tech_juggernaut" from the ship_size and component_templates (DS weapons)

work great for me with stellaris 3.12.4
(except the jump animation is using the firing animation but that's a small detail)
