The path you should follow looks something like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game

So for the dropbox addon for ash greninja what path do i follow to find SFM's directory

That's the thing. I tried that, and it didn't work for some reason. I downloaded the Dropbox link anyways, so I figured it out. Thanks anyways

You'll have to load SFM, and it'll give you the option to install the subscribed content.

But even then, the latest update is in the link at the top of the description.
I suggest to download from there, instead.


Why I can't just put the update into the workshop item instead? I ran out of space, so this is the alternate way I share content and updates now.

For some reason it's not letting me download it, even when I click on Subscribe

I'm assuming you only subbed to the content.
The latest update is via a link at the top of the description, which includes Ash-Greninja.
Download the content from there, and then install it into SFM.

Ran out of space in my workshop, so this is alternative I go, if you're wondering.

The most I could say right now is if you checked to see
the link in the description below for the eye textures download,
and place those here:
SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\materials\models\super smash bros\ultimate\fighters\greninja\textures (vtf)\

If that isn't it, could you go into more detail about your process?

Hello! Super sorry for the bother of this; I'm having a little bit of an issue when trying to change the eye texture. I'm following the instructions on how to change it the best I can, but I'm still having no luck. Is there any way how I could get a little help? I might be skipping something.

Patch Notes (10/12/22)
- Added Ash-Greninja model.
- Added custom shiny variants. The old alternative to those shiny skins will now be in the Alternatives model. (Default)
- Added new props, Kunai and Shuriken.
- Changed certain previews for better posing and composition, and to reflect new additions.

@Yoshi I know exactly what you're talking about.
His weapons are an effect thing, apparently, and at the time of doing this, I've only worked with the model assets.
I was sort-of aware there were some models used for the effects, especially.
I just couldn't be bothered to add those "swords" at that time.

I do have an update planned some time later for him, as I've wanted to make some much needed changes for a while now.
So... I suppose you can expect that to come in the near future. :)
