I think only the pattern should be paintable. The center of the cosmetic being paintable doesn't sound like a good idea for team recognition.

Also, the RED version is a bit off-tone with his default RED textures, but that's not the problem on the second picture, for some reason. I guess that was noticed and fixed?

The arms and neck are okay, but I would love to see this be compatible with the other Sniper misc. shirts/vests like the Chronomancer and Outback intelectual.

It's alright, but that snow jacket from earlier looks much more....fitting. If you could, say, add longer sleeves to this, and perhaps let them be paintable like the chest, that'd be awesome. o3o
