yes feel free to use my logic and design. credit would be very nice of you. and yes, that is pretty much how it works. when the front connectors sense both connections are made, the engine starts, goes to max throttle and a countdown begins to release the catapult connector. i look forward to seeing your design.

so the gripplers move forward on the track, pulling on the ropes that are connected to a grippler on a separate track, wich is also connected to the airplane and the launch structure. if the gripplers reach the front, tney connect to connectors, from that signal the grippler on the middle track disconnects, launching the airplane. is that correct?

alright so I'm building a kinda airbase thing in the oil rig workbench area and I just wanted to make sure that you're okay with me using basically the same mechanism (maybe copy-paste) for a launcher, I'm using my own airplane and am planning to make it not just usable once but multiple times. anyways, is that okay? I can ofc credit you for the launcher design/inspiration if u want!

@dragonbossjackson thanks ! there may have been a low power issue with the truck if you drove around too much, there wouldnt be enough power to rack the slingshot. so i added my Automatic Generator system. Also, there may be a multiplayer bug that affects the ropes, but Im not sure about that, but i did see it happen in Camodo Gamings video having problems in multiplayer. thanks again, glad you like it.

I see that you updated it and it works perfectly fine now. It is a lot of fun to fly around with and got tons of amazing arial shots with it. Thanks for getting back to me for my concern. keep up the great work!

@NerdyScripts sure you can upload with credit. and no, the logic in this slingshot is not configured to re-rack. but it could be done. i just didnt see a need to add that logic.

@Zander Fish just kidding, i dont know, youll have to ask the Devs about the Kraken, word is, they are going to add a MASSIVE killer octopus looking thing that gobbles up even the biggest craft in one fell swoop.

@all... if its not racking, its probably running low on power. guess the Mk 3 will have a generator. might just update the Mk 2 with an auto generator feature.

@dragonbossjackson not sure whats wrong with your game. any mods ?? tested again, works fine on my end.

@bigshaqbigshaq reload your game, and delete as many crafts from the map. just tested and works fine.

I love the concept, but when I use it the yellow sliding bits on the side get to the ladders and the they bounce and get pulled back so they never actually connect and launch.

If you want suggestion to improve; Seaplane Catapult.

@motohorn @Thales thanks for the love ! looks like the SW fam likes this contraption. i haz about 70-80 hours of work into this project. not sure there will be a Mk 3, this one is very complete. not sure what else i could add to it.
