So this doesn't work anymore?

Unfortunately doesn't seems to work anymore. Camera is set to torso (not eyes level), and reset after crouching. And since the buff stay, the camera doesn't reapply (even if you disconnect).

is there a way to get this working again?

If a leech is on your or your tame, does it have that EXTREMELY annoying leech in the middle of your screen?

UGZ: yea i've been using it for a good few years now, but it's crap. the "middle" is placed over the head which basically f* up pretty much any angle you turn to and makes the alt/k player camera angles crap as well. if this lowers the position than i'd easily rather use this.

Do i have to install this on my dedicated server too if i want to use it? or is it client only?

Ark has a 3rd player offset in their settings now, just enable it :)

Player cased pawn timers are very low maintnence actually. SInce its only scanning dfor a few entities generally unlike thousands like dinos

@Temil2006 i like that idea, ive been wanting to try this mod but i dont care much for mods that scan based on timers as they have been known to cause preformance issues for users with lower end Pc's. If the Author follows your advice i would feel much better about adding it to my Unoffical Server. Hopefully you two can help make that happen!

@UGZ @Temi2006 that's a very solid approach, I tested a mod which used that for motion control (Autorun +) and it worked flawlessly. (And I tested a LOT and use it today with many other mods. Stil flawless.)

UGZ :: just a thought/recommendation.. you could do what I did with my mods. and instead of applying the buff on a timer.. simply use "player spawn" as the trigger in the world, and apply the buff on any/all player spawns .. happens on all player spawns, and since a death or logon are considered player spawn .. it all works well. just an idea. would eliminate any scan at all.

Most of them are so much stronger than REX, they're usually about 1.2 times the size of rex. There used to be a giga that was as big and as powerful as REX's, but the author later removed the mod

Did a hotfix for the weird server join issues, mod should now be 100% STABLE

YES! I was just looking for a mod like this! THANK YOU!

Will be updating the mod soon which will basically make it work thru a global buff for players, once it activates all players get the new camera. This will make it 100% stackable then with basically any mod :)
