Report a translation problem
The mod creator responded mere hours after I posted my discussion thread, where you will find all the answers you need.

Since comments are very limited in size, I posted my post as a new discussion instead.
The short summary: the mod does work, yes I tested it TODAY, and no, people won't drive their cars to work at industries.
Look for "The mod does work - today!" over at the discussions tab for the details.
For some reason, if the distance of a thing that is not a city is more than a certain threshold, cities will not register it as a destination. Maybe travel time is a factor? I have seen some very close to city industries become destinations automatically and people walk and drive there like it is a regular industry building in town.
Maybe you place a passenger station nearby an industry and create a line connecting it to a city, and this causes it to become a destination for the city? Maybe some people will drive there, even if you do not have any service for the line because of the line telling the city to know of the work location now?
I do not know how it works. Maybe also the mod author does not, because it uses only the same worker attraction system as city industry buildings...
Do industries need workers to function?
Do industries need to be upgraded if a new game is started?
Saved game industries still have to be upgraded manually or with bulk upgrade, I'll take a look if there is a way to solve it.
Load order :
1. Any Industry Mod (like Yeol's or Real Industrial Chains)
2. More Industry Levels
3. This Mod (last to load)
Anyway, the 1.2 was just a minor fix for special case, like the Rail&Track industry mod.
Can you please say what exactly is not working.
Is there a crash message?
Does it work without other mods?
Please note that industries need to upgrade first, before the change is active.

It is of course a pity that you probably can not mod at the moment but could you tell me such a mod that prohibits private traffic? My father already told me that there is such a thing, but I have never found such.

Ich spiele zurzeit mit dem 7 in 1 Hafen den man zurzeit auf der Hauptseite vom Workshop sehen kann. Das schöne bei diesem Hafen ist, das man die Produktionsmenge selbst einstellen kann. Da ich nicht andauernd neu Einstellen wollte, wie viel dieser Produzieren kann, habe ich ihn direkt auf 4000 gestellt, was die maximale Produktion ist.
Nun habe ich das Problem, das Extrem viele Menschen dorthin fahren, was den Verkehr stark beeinflusst. Kann man da vielleicht etwas dran verändern? Denn ich würde ungern diese Mod hier rauslassen um diesen schönen Hafen nutzen zu können.
Ich habe mir deine Mod heute erst geholt.
Dazu meine Frage:
Diese Mod bezieht sich auf die nur vom Spiel gesetzte Industrie?
Die von mir selbst gesetzten Industrien werden nicht erkannt.
Sehe ich das so richtig?

В целом проблема с недостатком рабочих для индустрии решается установкой кастомных жилых зданий (к сожалению на текущем этапе у них тоже нет интерфейса с кол-вом и занятостью жителей, как у обычных городских зданий). Количество жителей в них не добавляется в общее кол-во жителей в городе, но они так-же участвуют в "борьбе за рабочие места", поэтому будут либо ездить на дальнюю индустрию, либо вытеснят с внутригородских рабочих мест жителей, который так-же начнут ездить на дальнюю работу.
По поводу малого кол-ва работников: тут все дело в интервалах. Видимо в том городе, из которого ты забирает работников у тебя хорошо развит общественный транспорт. Поэтому работникам быстрее добираться до внутригородских рабочих мест, чем до индустриальных.

Хотел узнать про совместимость с модами на увеличение уровней индустрии, как взаимодействует с такими модами твой мод? можно использовать совместно или нет?

@RealityMind did you play with stock or modded industry? Coas I play with stock and it work for every industrial building. And you need to start new game, or upgrade level of existing industry manualy, or wait, till it will be upgraded automatically with production level
