Just finished a campaign with about 280 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up, great little quality of life change.

.ini has 6 and 4 for Advanced Teamwork; it also says "the in-game help text shows a number that's one less than whatever these values are"

Updated the mod to add Mechatronic Warfare compatibility! Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to change the help text of the MW abilities, so they still say it has one charge, but it does work.

Doesn't work on SPARKS that are allowed to bond through mods. I'm using Mechatronic Warfare to do so, and a second-level bonded SPARK has two separate Teamwork abilities with a single charge each. Do you think you could look into it?

Charges are old hat, and should never be in a modern implementation of anything X-com.

What is it like, suddenly you forget how to do something?! "Wait, I'll remember that, just in time for NEXT mission".

I don't make mods by request unless I like the idea behind it, and I'm not sure that a reload cooldown makes a lot of sense thematically. Sorry

@Rost Kurt, That mod you linked, changes ALL charge-based abilities in the game. There's many people, myself included, that don't want that. Having this mod address the one single thing I would like to change, makes it's difference worth it.
