T_T 1.3?
A "dirty" fix is to open the mod folder for Facial Stuff PrepC Patch. Find the "About" folder, then open the "Manifest.xml" file in you favorite text editor. Find the section named "<dependencies>stuff here</dependencies>" and delete that entire section.
Of course you still have to make sure that the load order is correct and that both Prep Carefully and Facial Stuff are loaded, but at least it stops the Mod Manager from complaining about this issue.
Personally I found that I could do the facial customization of each pawn before pressing the "Prepare carefully" button, and thus I opted to actually remove this mod as I do not need the functionality that it provides.
"If you're receiving Invalid package.id when using Mod Manager, please note that this is a random issue and a massive lie at the same time - this issue doesn't appear when NOT using the mod manager at all. The mod works fine."

@Kyrox It should work either way. When I'm testing, I usually put "Facial Stuff" before Prepare Carefully. "Facial Stuff PrepC Patch" must be after Prepare Carefully.
So according to the mod author for Facial Stuff, it's up to this mod to continue to remain compatible.
