Great mod, finally my lord can have a really outstanding army, hut the AI spam recruits RoRs and special units(the real issue is AI does NOT pay any upkeep, so there is no downside to spamming these expensive units, we the players tho...), like half of each army is made of these...please halp

If something picks up a limit or is grayed out and will not allow recruiting, it is caused by a mod conflict. Usually something else has already changed a portion of this one so it breaks. Try moving load order up.

Yes, AI can take advantage of this mod, but I've altered their recruitment value so that the AI is less inclined to recruit them.

CAs coding requires them to unlock their respective Pieces of Eight, like in Vanilla. Once you unlock them, they're unlimited. Unfortunately there's no way around, the game's mechanic.

Nomad, sorry to be a bother. Using Kaedrin, loading only this mod, no unaccounted for movie format mods, and Vamp Coast is not working. The units are present on the recruitment screen, but they are grayed out and the little icon box on the unit card is white for both campaigns.

The beast man update + this mod would make the playthrough very unbalanced, since there are unit caps, and no upkeep. At this point with WH3 a couple months away, I'm not going to bother figuring a way out / make changes to accommodate them.

You are correct. Because they added zero upkeep and cost now to BM, that is the only way at the moment. There might be a way to add "unit caps" to unlimited RoRs but that's a completely different ball game. If I added them to buildings like the other factions, it would totally break the experience.

Does this work for the Beastman?? I am playing the Brass Bull Campaign.. but it seems to only allow hiring one of each Regiment Renown once.. then there is a long countdown to hire the next copy....

Update. New Lizardmen RoR's added to buildings
- General fixes, and misplaced RoR's / Blessed Units to updated buildings.
- Fixed Dwarf RoR's that got reshuffled from the building chain

If you encounter any CTD issues, please delete the mod completely from your workshop folder, re-subscribe to the mod.

In case it may help anyone. Spent four hours going through more than a hundred mods looking for culprit as I only had the red mourngul ror unit and the standard ror units were not unlocking at all. Was driving me absolutely nuts. Turned out is was another mod with too much clutter not cleared from it from where a modder exported a section and did not delete the unmodified parts when modding the exported section. Not to mention that was the second mod now the modder put into movie format so I did not even know it was there until I manually checked each mod folder for what was in them.

Recommended quick fix... Program Files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\594570
Delete the contents, launch using Steam through CA launcher, click on mods, let it refresh (if it says corrupted, close launcher and repeat), close, launch however you normally launch.

Hey, Love the mod, its been a staple for a long time! I am also having the Load Screen CTD. I spent last night and this morning narrowing down the culprit (turning mods on and off one by one) and this seems to be it. For me it was trying to play Thorek Ironbrow on Mortal Empires. Good Luck! Unfortunately doesn't work like that. By setting their cap back to 1, it'll make them rank 9 again. I've found a possible way to do it, but it'll take quite a long time to accomplish it. With a 4month old, work, and other game commitments, I don't have the energy to do it at the moment lol.

if at all possible, maybe have a cap of 1 on each RoR and then increase the cap by 1 when you raise the cap for the same non RoR unit.

For now, Beastmen are disabled through buildings, and can only be recruited through RoR tab only. They’re unlimited rank 1, but have that 10 turn cool down (Which I can’t override). Since BM units no longer have cost, and upkeep, or hardly any economy, it would break the experience a bit much. Until I can figure out a workaround, this will have to do.

@HazardHawk no it is not after some checking. Only this mod activate clicking on custom battle cause some crash if you can get in to custom battle menu then try change faction to like lizardman or tomb king etc., it will crash.

It was working, but for some reason it updated today with 17 July as the date even though the last update says 3 June and now it causes a crash at least for Throt. Workshop and Steam are the problem as this is the third mod in two days going nuts like that with reporting wrong dates and no longer working
