Thanks for the feedback! I do agree with some of your points.

Fun item, but seems kinda' basic. They're just sitting there, as if they're fixed at a position relative to the Demoman. To add flair, I would string a cord attaching them together around his shoulders and have them hang down from it. Perhaps a cord hanging out the back made out of jigglebones? Even better, add jigglebones to the bulbs to make it look like the drunken fool ran into a Smissmass tree. Just some constructive crticism, would definitely want.

Not currently no. It doesn't look that good painted. Also with it glowing I would have to code for it to glow each paint colour. I will see what I can do though.
