1: Subscribe to the mod
2: Enable in the mods menu per usual.
From that point in game just click the lil white [ + ] in the top left corner above your wands / inventory bar. That's where Cheatgui hides itself.
The mod is checked active in the Mod menu. What am I missing?
Would you be able to create this mod or something similar?

I don't care about modding Noita. In fact, I also used this mod here. ;) But yeah, I should have made that more clear. My bad.
Any chance you're using Apotheosis? That mod removes that perk lmao.
Basically cheatgui needs unsafe access which is disabled in the steam release. You need to get the latest release from github which will still ask you for unsafe access (just for the typing part).
