No, it only works for the player. It works with every settled faction, DLC factions or mod factions, because it only modifies the handicap.

thanks vantage / my pc is dead atm probably dead power supply unit / hopefully the ssds aren't busted from that mess but wish me luck guys. / i will probably get back to modding once my gaming pc is repaired

PS: the pc i am using belongs to my lit bro and its kinda laggy so i can only do low end stuff

for all campaigns technically doesn't work for horde faction as i have to make a new mod for that. This is to replace all old incompatible mods
