Great trouble free run, enjoyed. thanks.

Very nice scenario really enjoyed the early evening run, the only issue I ran into was trying to leave the helper behind. He really did not want to be left behind, but was able to cut it lose after a couple of tries.

Nice long scenario. Only had one problem and I think it was at Shykomish. While waiting for the oncoming train to pass when the AI train hit the junction it slowed to about 1 MPH. It would have taken 30-60 minutes for me to wait so saved the game and resumed and the AI train was gone and I could continue. This is probably due to some recent change in TS that caused this since this scenario was written. Still enjoyed it and thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the comment. Nice to know that the scenario still has an audience after these many years.

One of the best scenarios ... well done

What an amazing scenario! One of my all time favorites. Many thanks for putting this together. I ran it with some guest motive power from CP. Here is a screenshot:

One cool run.Superb work!

This is one scenario I liked so much, good signal variation, nice time setting and no bugs, and good to make use of the dynamic brakes. Thaks a lot.

Very Good Scenario a very good mix of Challenges with red signals traffic and Different speed Limits very well thought out. i will try Eastbound empties, thanks

I love stops on red too. It brings diversity to the run, not just plain A to B driving

" It's long, but I love your use of the AI trains holding me up"
If so, then I recommend the scenario "Eastbound Empties." Both of these long scenarios were created as a part of the route development and were intended to test the ability of the route to deal with single track systems in an interesting manner. Their length was incidental to the testing, in order to get a variety of train meets.

Probably THE best scenario I have downloaded from the Workshop. It's long, but I love your use of the AI trains holding me up, and I also love that all of the signals are not green. You have done a marvelous job in creating this scenario, and I applaud you for it. It is bug-free. I recommend it to everyone. It was fun, my friend.

That's a problem, I supposed that :-(. So, the only way to distribute my scenario in full package is to pack it as RWP and upload to different place
Scott Lund Jan 2, 2014 @ 10:16am
This is my favorite route and I enjoyed playing your scenario. Thank you

"How do you distribute custom weather blueprint together with scenario?"
It can't be done with the workshop upload. Being an author of the scenario, I had the advantage of "pre-loading" extented weather blueprints with the route that I could access later. Only the files in the scenario folder can up uploaded at the workshop, the weather and weather extensions exist in the Assets folder for the route. You too can make use of anyy of those pre-exisiting files, but you cannot create another for a workshop upload. This does not apply to other "third party" sites, as you mention.

How do you distribute custom weather blueprint together with scenario? It is possible to pack it into .RWP, but I have no idea how to upload it to workshop from the game menu.

Excellent run!!!!! Thank goodness for the "save and resume" feature.LOL I had a few lapses and ran some REDS. This is one run where you have to be on top of it all the way.
Thanks and keep up the great work.
PS: Loved the beginning sequence.
TeplowoznyManiak Dec 15, 2013 @ 2:51pm
Excellent long run. Interesting traffic pattern. I wish I would know how to do that flying camera trick in the beginning.

p.s. for those who have troubles with switches - check switch position on 2D map before entering/leaving yard track, and try to set it manually. Sometimes switch doesn't set automatically, if it's conflicted with traffic path. That's regarding Skykomish yard.
rockymtdoc Dec 7, 2013 @ 10:43am
Replayed the yard sequence and you set it up that way deliberately. There is a treain parked one mile from the yard without any signla reuiring it that is programmed to move when my train stops at the red arrow. The dwarf signal and thel ine signal, however, remain green for me.

The teain arrives just as I would be leaving the yard, but the switches are set to cause a collision with my train in the yard even if I remain stopped in place, and the only arlternative is to change the only switch I can which causes a collision with the adjacent chip train, which also shots down the game anyway. The one switch under YOUR control on the mainline that would have routed this kamikaze of yours safely through the Skyhomish yard remains locked into place to cause the collision, but all of the signal lights remian GREEN even after the killer train passes them.
rockymtdoc Dec 7, 2013 @ 9:49am
"Proceed from Skyhomish when signals permit".

I got the green, proceeded and had not even cleared the yard when a an opposing train rammed into me.

Excellent scenario. Thank you very much.

Very fun run. A challenging downhill run in dynamic braking followed by chasing yellows. Wasn't paying attention near the end and ran a red once (oops...) but otherwise a successful run. I gotta try it with TSX on since it ends up after sunset.
Thanks,
M.

A thoroughly entertaining and enjoyable scenario. Thankyou very much.

Nice long run.
jbfried  [author] Dec 1, 2013 @ 4:42am
"How do you get the camera to do that?" - The camera moves seen at the beginning have been implemented as of TS2014, It is still tricky however. Rick Grout is preparing a tutorial on how to do this in a scenario, that hopefully will be posted here in the community when finished.

Liked it very much. Thanks a lot.
