The following keeps happening to me: I send a workshop sourced ship (Hungarian motor barge) to the Soviet off map destination to pick up something and if I don't keep the ships info panel pinned on the display, it will sometimes disappear without any message. It is just gone and I never see it again! Anyone else have this problem? It happens over and over (loose money!). This is the ship (if it matters:)

Одна баржа застряла в текстурах и ходит под землёй на раю карты. В док не возвращается, за границу не уходит. Это случилось при отплытии двух барж одновременно с дока. Обе двинулись сначала на берег, затем одна вышла на воду, а вторая ушла под текстуры под сушу и там ходит уже год игрового времени без топлива. Пофиксите пожалуйста.
Ванильные корабли и другие корабли, такого не творят. Если необходимо, точнее опишу проблему. Спасибо огромное за Ваши труды и Ваш мод!

I like these barges, but they seem a bit unbalanced. I would reduce the capacity a decent amount. I did that manually for my own games.

Hawkeye, that ha snothing to do wiht this ship. Maybe a broken connection or lack of power.

I was having a problem with the tankers. They'd load bitumen... but not fuel. I had my loading dock hooked to two separate "huge" tank storage units (mod). Trains delivered both liquids to there. Both sets of tanks filled up, but the dock would only access the bitumen.
That game has now crashed, all back saves will not work... so I wasn't able to play around with it much to see if it was the barge, the dock, or the tanks that were giving me the problem. Never got to oil transport, so idk if that works.

Has anyone else had this experience?
I'm about to start a new game (since the old one won't work for separate, annoying, and unknown reasons)... and I'm kinda hesitant to plan any liquid transport... as it literally took days to plan and build the infrastructure around the one that ended up not working due to transport issues.

Тысяча тонн это большое хранилище целиком и еще место останется. Эти баржи максимум на сотню тянут.

Thanks Mayor. I was thinking the same thing, that is was probably the game mechanics. After reading your post I went back and looked at the in game ones, and they are all perpendicular as far as I can tell. Now we know why they did it that way. :) BTW, thank you for such a quick reply and for all the modding efforts to make the game more enjoyable!!

@Thistle Thorn, Ship pathfinding is a bit finicky. I have tried messing with the parking spaces on the large dock, but the system seems designed for parallel, rather than in-line parking spaces, and it doesn't like sideways ones. I may add one with parkings perpendicular to the shore later, but for now I will just have to keep tweaking the parking space locations until it decides to work correctly.

-Added different 1,200 ton version of general barge
-Added temporary oil barge using original general barge model (Will update model later)
Second change is to go with the oil loading and unloading docks I have added in my other mod.

I was able to get around the issue #3 by putting several buoys spaced apart near the border, and then put a unique one as a waypoint for each ship. They go pretty much to the edge from there so it spaces them out a bit. #1 and #2 are still a big deal though.

I am experiencing a couple of anomalies, and I am not sure if it is one of your packs or the game itself...

Issue #1: I have a large aggregate dock and several ships going to and from that dock and the soviet border. The ships all seem to want to use the same position in the port when there is plenty of room to accommodate more. The result is they queue.

Issue #2: Related to issue #1 I think... after a ship is full and leaving, it turns around 180 degrees and comes nose to nose with the next ship in the queue putting both of them in a deadlock. Only solution seems to be sell one of the ships to get things moving again.

Issue #3: At the border, sometimes the ships will queue up there too. When doing so, the second ship will reverse back some after almost hitting the first one. After that, that particular ship gets "stuck" in a cycle of reversing and going forward such that it never makes it to the border, even after the first ship has cleared.

The mod is great I'm using it and I like it too much ... but could you increase the cargo capacity from 1000 tons to something else? besides increasing the dimensions of the Ship
