If you work on it, would it be possible that you rewrite Parkour so that your change in the mod-INI can be deactivated? So that the standard Parkour works, or other changes to it?
Thank you. Now I'm going to have to look at building my Spark differently. It was designed as a front-line hog with increased armor, Evervigilant, a 100% Hunter Protocol and Absorption Field. All that still works, but it was all built around ReturnFire.
At least it works on your Skirmisher. If you give it some dodging via the covert missions it is almost immortal as a one man army.
Is there an INI entry for the ReturnFire which weapon is allowed or is that too deep in data madness?
I try to use your ReturnFire with several shots, even in the skill tree of another soldier. I have the ability CopiPasted, it is also accepted in the skill tree, but it does not shoot back.
Is there anything else I need to consider if I want to use the skills on someone else?

@Greenburger the first is correct (i hope i didn't misunderstand). it works this way: Attacks on XCOM turn increase Zero In counter, and that counter expires when next XCOM turn start. so Optimization uses same counter and thus gain same bonus on enemy turn.
@Mithrandiril only apply on Wrath. you can see Deadeye-like flyover when you use it.
