Nvm. I managed to fix it by extracting Eranthis Soundtrack and deleting the zombie choir and then repacking it again. It's all good.

Hi mate. I stumbled upon your mod whilst modding and I love it. It gives that bonus eerie sound effect and it makes sense. If this happened in real life I would have no idea what is the cause of this so I would most likely carry a geiger counter with me.

Problem for me is that this conflicts with Eranthis Soundtrack. Specifically part 3 and 4. I was wondering if there is any way to still be able to use Eranthis Soundtrack part 3 and 4 but to trash the zombie choir music from that and have this one play instead?

Hope to hear back soon.

Also, the mod replaces the Zombie Choir music, so make sure that you have your music volume turned up in the settings

@JackRabbit go into console and type in "snd_restart", see if that helps

i recommended making the sound louder and beep faster when zombies are near you so it feel more like a zombies detector/heartbeat sensor, more realistic

I am honestly not hearing it in game.

@SCP-166
I was originally inspired by Metro 2033 to make this mod, but I was definitely reminded of half-life as well as a real life experience I had while making this.

@Kait Diaz
Thanks for the praise. Adding a sense of realism was what I was striving for when making and testing this mod.

@KaigunchusaHidaka
I'd say that this is half of a zombie alerter; it doesn't do anything in respect to attacking hordes (Like the ones that attack when an alarm goes off), but it will alert the player to zombies which are standing around and haven't noticed you yet.

@Franky D. Coolsevelt
Glad you like the mod. Now that you mention it, the silent hill radio effect would be a great effect to use. I planned on releasing two more mods this weekend, but I suppose I can make it three.

Very creative and interesting to use, give a feeling of realism to the game.

so is this an zombies alerter? like how they alert player of nearby zombies?
Franky D. Coolsevelt 14. jan. 2020 kl. 19:28
That's awesome :D
Potentially, I imagine this method could be used to achieve a silent hill radio noise effect.
