@Hobo_ There was gonna be a whole backstory to explain why everything doesn't look exactly like the Europe we know. The technical expanation is that you can only have so many major civs on a map at one time and only so many city states before it bogs down performance even more than the map already does.

I understand this is no longer being worked on, yet I wonder why you did not put Lithuania and Estonia as city-states, due to the fact that they are their own entitites. Any explanation would be nice, I was just wondering ^-^
