the mod isn't working. i downloaded it before activated and applied the mod along with 2 other mods after i launched the game. i order a anti tank unit and it still costed MP.

i'm sorry but i can't it's impossible with Call to Arms because i can make a mod who remove the right for AI to use vehicles but i can't change only the vehicle available for players because the vehicle availables for players is used too by AI so i can't

i don't know if you understand but if you have enable "German Army Cheat" and you are alone to play this faction in the game | yes you are alone with unlimited units but if you change your faction side to "USA" and change AI side to "German" the AI have unlimited units and not you. So it's simple the question is not "Can it only affect the players" but "how much Players|AI have the side with the cheat".

[SGS]YAMI[YES AH1] it's simple. It's not if the player only can cheat or AI it's the faction side so if you enable "German Army Cheat" All of the players | AI who play german army can have unlimited units so it depend if you alone with the side with cheat
