Yes, absolutely. There's a thread where you can make requests https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/1957318361/2659872073617647550/ . I'm currently working my way through rebalancing the factions, as well as adding new functions (currently running automated tests to check rogue army behaviour), but I'll get back to submods soon enough.
