Can you dive with the plane on deck, the plane can't fit underneath.

Sure no problem, for now I've just stuffed a temporary one down in the hangar for you I hope it doesn't get in the way

Love this ship. I've been modifying my favorite aircraft to work with this ship. Needs to have a dedicated generator to keep the aircrafts batteries topped off.

Thank you I've just fixed this

The piping for the Jet Fuel pump is incorrect. The elbow in the engine compartment misses the enclosed pip angle in the center of the deck.

the winch hoses are a bit too short to tow the plane in the hangar, but with the help of stormworks physics you can just push the plane to the front and the winches will hook up. awesome build :)

also whenever i try to get the crane up it collides with the plane and the plane mostly falls off

can we have one of these with pre loaded with 1 heli and 1 plane?
Fernando Alonso Feb 28, 2020 @ 4:46pm
can you make one with the helicopter pre loaded instead of the plane? thanks
G_Tugg  [author] Feb 12, 2020 @ 11:26am
yes
L. York Feb 11, 2020 @ 11:37am
does the plane come with it?
Grunnan Jan 14, 2020 @ 4:52pm
I recommend using the "Jet VTOL" by Jumper to take off from the ship. For normal takeoff, have the brakes on until you're going 10m/s, then set them to off. You'll hit the ramp and stop completely, keep holding S and give it <10 seconds and you'll shoot off into the air.

That's alright. Thanks for letting me know!
G_Tugg  [author] Jan 12, 2020 @ 3:30pm
ah not really it needs water moving over the control surfaces to stay level, I tried but there's too many variables in the weight of the vessel I couldn't get it to work properly
Firing Tank Jan 12, 2020 @ 2:29pm
Can I dive without having the engines on? Every time I try to do that the vessel will just barely peek out of the water.
G_Tugg  [author] Jan 12, 2020 @ 2:18pm
Hi, it's best to dive in increments of 20-30m with the depth hold or the vessel will nosedive
Firing Tank Jan 12, 2020 @ 2:09pm
I can't seem to keep the vessel submerged without turning on the electric engine which makes it take a straight nosedive to the sea floor. Is anyone else having this problem?

How does one charge the battery?

Mr. Distortion Jan 6, 2020 @ 2:22pm
Looks halfway to an Alicorn.
G_Tugg  [author] Jan 6, 2020 @ 11:21am
good suggestion I'll add a recovery crane
G_Tugg  [author] Jan 6, 2020 @ 3:44am
Ah that might be the depth hold it usually happens when diving a large distance. It works better if you dive in stages rather than going from like -10 to -150m
Fried Purple Jan 6, 2020 @ 3:43am
P.S. the I400 and I401 used amphibious aircraft so they could land next to it and be recovered via crane rather than try and land on the sub, so maybe that could be a solution to landing the aircraft.
Fried Purple Jan 6, 2020 @ 3:38am
yes the it could use more ballasts but i think that would add more weight. also one the Mk1 design idk if im doing something wrong but it always takes a nose dive down and hits the ocean floor
AegiusX3 Jan 5, 2020 @ 5:39pm
The tanks would drain faster if you added a lot more pumps, since the amount of pumps you are using are ideal for a conventional submarine, with much smaller ballast tanks
