No clue anymore... And I do sort of regret making this modification given how the Ikko Ikki were super hard-coded into the game, and you can't give (nor make) special Jodo-shinshu shrines / make them accessible to other nations. Maybe it is possible but I don't know.

Try looking at YouTube or the Total War Forums, there should be resources there.

Otomo was never a Shinto-Buddhist clan. The only way to change the Otomo's religion is by modding.

Furthermore, I am highly sure that changing their religion will only result in religion being changed; no extra troops or anything, and it may infringe upon existing troops availability.

Is there a mod that allows the Otomo to switch back to native Shinto-Buddhism?

I dont like the fact that all the clans that start out with christianity, change their practices after the first turn. Is there a way to change this? It also makes my clan become restless after the first turn. It also makes diplomacy with other clans rather difficult.

Can you please make this mod compatiple with radios total war mod and expanded japan mod?

Every Christian Clan in the game reverted straight to Shinto as soon as I started... even the Christian Rebels! XD Yeah it appears that you can't just change teh Clan's Religion but you need to change the Religion of the populace as well...

So I'm just curious, like. How.. did you do it? What did you edit to change a factions religion? Like. I know how to edit stuff, but what was it under? I'm kind wanting to try to edit something on my own. I'd -really- appreciate if you told me what it was under, the part to change a factions religion, and if they granted them access to building that specific religions buildings. Thanks!

@Sasori, Well thats why you should lower your taxes on the first turn,2nd and 3rd, turns until you make ur population happy.

the only thing that bothers me is that when I played as the hattori my province was shinto and so they where very unhappy :(

Sure I just know when its well fixed it is goin to be alot more fun, for players who dont have dlcs alligiances are a impossible part of the game now that there are the game will be realy neat.

I played as the Shimazu but it says Shinto-Buddhism. Did I do something wrong?

@Gordon, nope i use this mod also as i've created it and i can play the otomo just fine, it may be a cache glitch and i've updated the mod also.

@Gordon, reset your cachi for the game through steam.
