@kaspervintherhansen You can also load the world up in WorldBuilder assuming you want to play with 22 or fewer civs.

No. I don't know how to do the scripting to give that option, and I don't like scenarios as they're way too restrictive on settings to the player. You could always use the In-Game Editor to move civs to the desired location.

Nice! I've been wanting a map which focuses on the areas with an overabundance of modded civs. I'll miss subsaharan Africa but it'll be nice to not have a single civ dominating a historically contested area, too.
