I would like to know if there are any conflicts or not?
Definitely get where you are coming from, if you ever wanted to you are more then welcome to take this mod and make a lightweight version. All my mods are CC 1.0 (Public Domain), so you are always welcome to take anything from them.
The mod works as intended, granted with the odd issue as reported by lord_joshi but it should be extremely stable (just dont play no hints in diagnostics, it doesn't play nice with CRP because it just bloats everything because of how the game works sorry).
Thanks in advance!
Was thinking yesterday, that this is the reason why I see treatments 2 times and all of the treatments avalaible when I do the No hint in diagnostics option :D
Not 100% realistic sorry but the game won't automatically move patients between specialised departments if required so helps keep things simple and it made more sense for them to be neurology since it affects the brain.
{LINK REMOVED} Oncology Department Update v1.0.7.0
My mother died of pancreatic cancer in 2022.
Although I am also a doctor myself, I am powerless.
@Jan88666, youll need a histology lab and the code has the script running through the staff member (it will use them up for the exam), lab equipment (not blocked so you shouldnt need heaps), microscope (not blocked), biohazard trash bin (it will block this when using it, e.g. no one can use it until they are done) and sink/sanitizer (gets blocked). So sinks and trash helps, the non blocked stuff might get blocked by other exams so have a couple but staff helps the most.
One issue I discovered is that tissue biopsy (for BCC and SCC) "cannot be performed in this department". This procedure description says "can be performed in any department other than emergency medicine", which I think is why it cannot be done in Oncology as the Oncology department is probably coded on top of Emergency.
As a work around, currently I am forced to open an internal med department just so I could admit patient there where I can perform tissue biopsies, and then I must wait for discharge in the morning. I also think skin tissue biopsy should be made available as an outpatient procedure in Oncology, without having to be hospitalized.
I wanted to build another room to be able to examine more flow cytometry samples, I just can't find the necessary device, what is needed here?
I have the same issue with EXM_CRP_BRONCHOALVEOLAR_LAVAGE_SAMPLING that you helped @b0nk with back on December 22, 2022.
I made the correction to the ModExaminations.xml file but I have a patient and doctor stuck in my save game. Would you be able to fix mine as well?
