I think the filename("Japan") was duplicated with another mod’s file.
I updated this mod, so please check whether it will work.

I have tried several times and find that
another mod which also adds Japan city names works (Japan Town Name Kanto by MOTOKI)
but this mod not, but also make Japan Person Name mod not working when this mod enabled

Can you use any other mod which adds city names?
You may have to enable this mod after subscribe this mod.

I'm not sure why the mod is not working for me ... is it because of the version update or the mod loading order ?

This mod also includes the name of villages and towns and so on.
Many of the less populated villages and towns have merged to become part of a huge city after about1990.
To that end, the municipality and its name have been reduced to almost half.
Along with that, some municipalities were renamed...

So some Cities just changed their names from 1990 onwards? :O
